Terms of service

These terms apply when you install or use a Vexlyst app for Shopify. The apps are provided by Randall Rist (“Vexlyst”, “we”). By installing an app you agree to these terms and to Shopify's terms for apps.

Using the apps

You may use the apps for your own Shopify store. You're responsible for the files you upload and for checking the results before you rely on them — for example, review a purchase-order file before importing it into Shopify. Don't use the apps to break the law, to upload content you don't have the right to use, or to interfere with the service.

Plans and billing

Paid plans and free trials are described on each app's page and its Shopify App Store listing. Shopify bills you for the app with your Shopify invoice and handles plan changes and cancellations. Uninstalling an app cancels its subscription.

Your data

Your store's data stays yours. We use it only to provide the app, as described in our privacy policy.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the apps running and correct, but we can't promise uninterrupted or error-free service. We may change or discontinue features; if we discontinue an app, we'll give reasonable notice where we can.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, the apps are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and our total liability for any claim relating to the apps is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or inventory decisions made from an app's output.

Ending use

You can stop using an app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend access if these terms are seriously breached.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
